Welcome to The Creation - Holistic Wellness Centre! Our center offers a variety of holistic wellness services including yoga classes, workshops, yoga therapy sessions, health and wellness coaching, nervous system regulation session.

 I am dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health and wellness in all aspects of your life. Whether you're looking to improve your physical fitness, reduce stress and anxiety, or explore new ways to connect with yourself and others, I am here to support you on your journey. Why to try Yoga therapy?

Yoga therapy is an integrated mind-body approach for     restoring balance and adaptive functioning to the physical (musculoskeletal), physiological (digestion, respiration, cardiovascular, endocrine and immune), and mental /    emotional systems.

Yoga therapy may be used to:
  • rebalance the nervous system

  • reduce physical/mental stress and trauma

  • manage pain and suffering

  • alleviate symptoms of illness or injury

  • establish more functional breathing and movement patterns

Join me for nourishing yoga classes in a welcoming space. Whether you're looking to build strength, release stress, or simply take time for yourself, my classes are designed to support your body and mind. If you're local, I'd love for you to join us on the mat and be part of yoga community.

I facilitate women's workshops that create a safe, supportive space for connection, self-discovery and growth among Polish community, as well as yoga workshops open to everyone who wishes to

deepen their practice and wellbeing.

Hi, I'm

I'm IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist (in Training), Health and Wellness Coach, Psychodietitian, Nutrition Therapist, Women's workshop and event facilitator, Mentor, Guide.

My mission is to support and guide individuals and corpoates in achieving overall well-being, encompassing physical health, mental well-being and emotional balance through yoga, nutrition and nervous system regulation.

MY MISSION is to improve people's quality of life, restore balance and self-confidence in their lives through the wide range that yoga has to offer.
MY GOAL is to support your overall well-being, ensuring you feel seen, supported, and nurtured. Through our work together, I hope you experience love and compassion toward yourself.
