Why to try Yoga therapy?

Yoga therapy is an integrated mind-body approach for     restoring balance and adaptive functioning to the physical (musculoskeletal), physiological (digestion, respiration, cardiovascular, endocrine and immune), and mental /    emotional systems.

Hi, I'm

I'm Yoga Therapist, Health and Wellness Coach, Psychodietitian, Nutrition Therapist, Women's workshop and event facilitator, Mentor, Guide.

My mission is to support and guide individuals and corpoates in achieving overall well-being, encompassing physical health, mental well-being and emotional balance through yoga, nutrition and nervous system regulation.

MY MISSION is to improve people's quality of life, restore balance and self-confidence in their lives through the wide range that yoga has to offer.
My expertise is in working with peope of all ages, mainly suffering from burnouts, chronic inflammation and anxiety.
